As a technical founder, I drove the development of Remoco.io, an innovative 1on1 tool designed to empower super managers. 

My key responsibilities included:
- Product Roadmap: Shaped product features to align with user needs.
- Technical Architecture: Chose the tech stack and created plans to implement them step by step.
- Implementation: Actively executed the development and implementation of the platform from databases, to backend APIs to integrations, to frontend.

Co-Founder and CTO

Toggl

Led desktop native apps engineering, balancing technical leadership and product management responsibilities.

- Managed hiring, developer tests, coding interviews, and candidate evaluations.
- Created annual product plans and task lists.
- Ensured the team had the necessary resources.
- Conducted regular 1on1s.
- Handled external team communications.
- Organized team-building events.
- Building features on all platforms and doing PR reviews

Desktop Team Lead

Transformed the Toggl Button Chrome extension from a simple page action into a fully functional Toggl time tracking app. It became one of the most widely used Toggl apps with 100k+ active users. The extension included features like a Pomodoro timer, reminders to track time, idle detection, and customizable settings.

Lead Engineer

As a Software Engineer, I contributed to building Toggl's native desktop apps for Windows, Mac, and Linux, utilizing native technologies. This role required me to quickly learn and apply C++, Objective-C, Swift, C#, QML, and XAML, despite having no prior experience with these technologies.

Software Engineer

- Started as a front-end specialist and expanded to work with Ruby on Rails, Golang, PostgreSQL, and Redis in the backend.
- Developed proficiency in CoffeeScript, Backbone, Marionette in the frontend.
- Was regularly creating hiring tests and conducting interviews.

Full Stack Engineer

Mekaia

Full stack development building specialized software for clients using WordPress, SaurusCMS and Drupal as the frameworks.

Frukt Kuubis

Full stack development with PHP and JavaScript. Worked with different clients like, big store chains and shopping centres to build custom software. Worked with Saurus CMS, PHP, jQuery, CSS, Smarty and MySQL.

Group Engineering Manager

Leading the engineering organisation for Bolt Business products.

My main responsibilities are collaborating with The Group Product manager to create annual and quarterly plans, planning headcount to increase the output of the teams, grow new leaders to lead the teams, make adjustments to the workflows to increase employee engagement and drive up the productivity. I'm a hands-on senior manager, which means I mentor managers, a team of full stack engineers and dive into architectural research when needed.

Bolt Business builds 3 different web products:
- Company Dashboard - Online product where companies can organise how their employees use the Bolt services.
- Ride Booker - An on-demand service for hotels and similar establishments that allows clients to order rides similarly to taxi operators.
- Work Profile - A tool integrated into the Bolt mobile apps that allows users to get their rides reimbursed with ease. Either by invoices or by connecting Expense Management Systems.
