Developer on a Solopreneurship journey

Apart from experience in the aviation sector, now I also have the opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary team. I am learning a lot!
My responsibilities include: 
- development of virtual reality (VR) flight simulators in terms of user experience / flow, operator experience, flow management;
- development & technical support of the company's e-learning portals (Wordpress, Moodle CMS; Linux) in terms of the content, e-learning experience;
- Technical customer support of our products around the world (operator training);
- Understanding the customer's needs / future market needs, and take them into account when developing the product;
- Project management (Erasmus+ projects, development projects);
- Learning on a VR simulator (how we learn, how to achieve goals most effectively, motivation, customer experience, supporting learning, etc..);
- Communicating the project progress and work done to the customer;

Being a part of a small, young and dynamic team has really been a great learning experience for me.
My responsibilities included:
- programming (mostly front-end, Magento),
- ensuring technical support and advice for all our customers,
- writing company's blog on a weekly basis (topics include technical advice, web marketing strategy, SEO, CRO, building audience, E-Commerce news,..)
- planning, designing and writing company's weekly newsletter,
- building company's presence on social media channels (Facebook),
- handle customer's  questions and concerns professionally and provide accurate and immediate responses,
- preparing project specifications (technical requirements) and arranging and confirming appointments with our CEO,
- communicating effectively with my co-workers (programmers) and customers about projects.

As an IT student I had the opportunity to work at Navteh as an Intern for three months. This was a great experience for me, because I worked on a real programming project which was later implemented and used in company's everyday workflow. Using C# (.NET Framework) my task was to develop and implement additional features for the company's repair's tracking program. 
I learned to:
- quickly assimilate new concepts, exchange ideas to overcome challenges.
- build, maintain and develop code that is readable and maintainable.
I gained invaluable experience as a teamplayer and hands-on practice on solving problems, bugs while exploring the building process of software development.
Additionally, I had to present the project and the company to all interested public, and my classmates.
