Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa is a hotel with 250 rooms and one of the main hosts of the most important events and conferences at Porto. My main tasks at Sheraton were checking in and out our guests, handle guests complaints as well as coordinate guests requests at Marriott's CRM software.

My main task in Torel Avantgarde was guaranteeing that our guests had an unique and customized experience during their stay. In order to accomplish these maters, I worked hard to understand the clients needs, followed up their special requests and handled complaints with guest orientation. Moreover, once I did check ins and check outs, I seeked to give the best first and last impression.

As a shift leader I had the responsibility of coordinating the team during my shift as well as reporting everything to our manager.

I was also responsible for making reservations and managing them. Additionally I answered phone calls and responded to emails where I took the opportunity to promote direct reservations and possible room up sells and other hotel departments cross sells.
