- End-to-end UI/UX design for Fixably Refurb, a B2B SaaS web app for refurbished goods with powerful e-commerce integrations and data visualization capabilities.
- Performing UX research to inform product strategy, including customer journey mapping and defining personas, competitive analysis, user interviews, surveys, and user analytics (Hotjar).
- Creating wireframes and high-fidelity UIs on Figma.
- Fast & advanced prototyping for early design testing and discussion of desired user interactions with engineering.
- Creating and maintaining design systems in cooperation with the development team (Figma -> Storybook).

   ·  Planning, creating and distributing new content series for the Fixably blog and socials.
   ·  Modifying website architecture to improve content discovery and product positioning.
   ·  SEO and copywriting for the Fixably website.
   ·  Planning and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives (i.e. GTM, product launches).
   ·  Producing content on an ad-hoc basis (blogs, organic and paid social media visuals, demo videos, trade shows banners, etc.).

GLOMO - Global Mobility of Employees

I led subproject 6 ("Managing and recognizing social capital") as an Early Stage Researcher (ESR6) at the University of Vaasa, under the supervision of Professors Vesa Suutari and Liisa Mäkelä.
The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action “Global mobility of employees” (GLOMO) project was an international research initiative seeking to generate knowledge about the global labor mobility phenomenon into and within the EU. The project concluded in August 2022, and it was part of the Horizon 2020 program, receiving funding from the European Commission.
