It was fantastic to spend time last week in Munich at Knauf Digital with the inspiring members of our global ComEx board. Colleagues from all over the world, driving our commercial and digital agenda with expertise and passion, fueling transformation with diversity in experience and viewpoints. 

We’ve set ourselves a lot to do on our digitization agenda, so building a shared understanding of where we want to go is key. 🌐
But these talks don’t just happen in meeting rooms, there’s plenty of opportunity for networking and exchange, too. Because in the end, transformation is a people journey – the real value comes from connecting perspectives across regions or divisions. It’s amazing what can happen when these perspectives come together in a relaxed setting, with everyone bringing openness and laughter to the table.
