As the Senior Creative Director at Amy's Kitchen, I oversee and lead the creative direction, brand identity, and visual strategy across all touch points. My role involves managing a multidisciplinary team, conceptualizing and executing design initiatives, and ensuring our brand remains competitive and resonates with our audience.

Key Achievements:
•	Orchestrated Amy's first fully integrated marketing campaign, encompassing diverse consumer touchpoints like display ads, social media, radio, and CTV, delivering a cohesive and impactful brand message.

•	Strategically optimized our brand's online presence across major retailer Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platforms, including Instacart, Amazon, Whole Foods, Target, and Kroger, leading to heightened consumer engagement and extended reach.

•	Garnered in-house design recognition from GDUSA for Amy's Family Size meals packaging, demonstrating our steadfast commitment to exceptional in-house design practices.

•	Transformed the team's focus from a packaging-centric approach to a creative center of excellence, diversifying expertise across packaging, digital design, content development, and creative operations to drive overall effectiveness.

Senior Director, Creative

In this role, I led the design strategy for product packaging and marketing collateral, ensuring a seamless branded experience across all consumer touch points. My role involved cross-functional collaboration, team management, and establishing brand standards for the organization.

Key Achievements:
•	Led the evolution of Amy's brand assets, collaborating with Marketing and leadership to establish comprehensive brand standards and a visual guide, elevating the brand's consistency and impact.

•	Successfully executed the first-ever update to heritage packaging, including redesigns across multiple product lines and categories, earning a 2020 packaging design award for the Amy’s Globally Inspired Entrée line.

•	Pioneered the transition to digital processes within the creative department, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness in artwork proofing, internal routing, and creative asset management.

Design Director

In this role, I was responsible for leading packaging design initiatives and ensuring the highest quality standards across all brand packaging. I directed photoshoots, managed color proofing, and acted as a central communication link between various stakeholders.

Key Achievements:
•	Led the design and extension of packaging graphics for new product launches and line extensions, contributing to brand innovation and expansion.

•	Directed and orchestrated successful packaging photoshoots, showcasing strong prop styling and effective art direction.

•	Managed the color proofing process and attended press checks for new product packaging, upholding quality and brand consistency throughout the production process.

Associate Art Director, Packaging

LeapFrog

In this role, I led diverse design initiatives ranging from packaging to digital materials, collaborating across teams for a cohesive brand experience.

Key Achievement:
•	Designed and executed new product packaging for LeapStart Interactive Learning System, accompanied by impactful POS displays, web banners, and comprehensive product launch materials.

Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Stapley Hildebrand, I led design initiatives encompassing packaging graphics, brand identity, and visual systems for various CPG clients. Collaborating with the studio team, I executed end-to-end design processes and supported diverse client projects.

Key Achievements:
•	Led successful redesigns of multiple brand packaging projects in 2015, including notable achievements like the Community Coffee logo and package redesign, the Ocean Spray Craisins package redesign in 2014, and the Krusteaz Baking Company logo and package redesign in 2013.

•	Played a pivotal role as the lead designer in the launch of the 2013 Krusteaz Gluten-Free Baking Mixes product line extension, showcasing my ability to contribute to innovative product offerings.

Landor

As a Graphic Designer on the Miller Coors packaging team, I designed packaging graphics to meet a variety of client requirements. I worked closely with the creative and production teams to help develop design concepts, presentations, and packaging comps.

Graphic Designer

As a Design Intern for Coors Brewing packaging team, my primary responsibilities were to assist the creative and productions teams in developing packaging design concepts, presentations and comps for a range of clients including Coors Brewing, Del Monte, and Chevron. Throughout the internship, I also attended brand training sessions, knowledge sharing workshops, and client work-withs to expand my understanding of the industry.
