In my time at Spear I worked with ABB, BAE, SERCO, Danfoss, EBDG, Glosten, Crowley, WSF, and many end customers to work on sizing and selling battery packages that will fit and fulfill the unique needs of each customers specific needs.

Update all sales activities, opportunities, and customer information in CRM weekly. Generate contracts, forecasts, and sales presentations for clients as required. Attend customer events and trade shows both domestically and abroad. I typically use a consulting-based approach to uncover customer needs and opportunities. Prepare customer account summaries to support account relationship management. Developed business plan for defined accounts and specific markets.  Provide customer feedback to internal company resources to enhance sales and service strategies. I understand the customers needs and provide a value based approach that is helpful to win the opportunity.

Manage multi state sales territory, design and implement on sales strategies to satisfy our vast variety of customers . Provided solutions to our customers within each of our companies needs whether it is our fabrication shop, turbo shop, Hill Machine and Headworks, parts department, or our Service and repower department.

DKS fisheries

I started work as a deckhand for DKS fisheries in 2005. I started as a deckhand and quickly took on the the additional responsibilities on board the 32' gillnet fishing boat when the captain was sleeping, or running the vessel early and late in the season when the owner/captain was no longer onboard vessel.  I have also assisted in recruiting and hiring for upcoming seasons as well as prepared gear and supplies prior to the summer fishery.

Throughout  high school and college I worked for U.S. Seafoods on 3 different contracts on their Bering Sea trawl fishing boats. I worked as all parts of fish processing, freezing, deckhand, as well as a assistant cook.

I grew up in the maritime industry, its in my blood. My grandparents built boats for Alaska Commercial fisheries and I grew up in these shipyards as a child. I have always been drawn to the sea. When I was on summer and winter holidays from school, I was always in Alaska, commercial fishing through out the Bering Sea and the Gulf of Alaska. After graduating from Washington State University, I was given an opportunity to sell equipment to the maritime industry and I have never looked back. I believe it is the best of both worlds, I spend time in and around the marine industry but I do not have the same consequences as life on the high seas! I enjoy helping my customers maintain their fleets and operate as efficiently as possible.10+ years into my sales career Ive sold multiple lines of engines, propellers, thrusters, batteries, and now shipyard services.
