Lead program management initiatives to support the integration of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into the strategic priorities of the Investments business and Corporate Functions. Manage end-to-end programmatic elements including project management, tracking/measurement, content development and delivery. Recommend and/or design implementation plans/process that will enable change management (project plans, communications, opportunities for collaboration). Propose timeframes, measurements for success, and priorities/objectives.
