o	Defining and cascading requirements, writing test plans, carrying out test cases, and ensuring optimal sensor functionality. 

o	Deployment of safety features (Camera, Lidar, Radar, Ultrasonic Sensors) on vehicles.

Hardware Engineer - Assisted and Automated Driving

o	Led weekly mechanical integration meetings with Radar suppliers to enhance alignment of cascaded requirements. 

o	Supported various Vehicle-level Radar performance testing both in the laboratory and on the track to ensure optimal sensor functionality and early failure detection.

Mechanical Integration - Radar (ADAS) 

o	Created CAD geometry meshes for underbody components such as Front Wheel-Arch-Liner and Underbody Trays using Finite Element Analysis tools such as Hypermesh. I also performed linear and non-linear analyses and provided recommendations to the design team for achieving mass, stiffness, and durability targets in components and assemblies.

o	Developed Finite Element models, subsystems, and load cases, and set up and ran analyses. Besides post-processing results, I also gave recommendations for the design process.

Computer Aided Engineering, CAE (Durability)

o	Developed a robust CAD representation for the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) team using CATIA V6 in other to validate the performance of a system virtually.

o	Implemented parametric modeling techniques to create advanced CAD models and integrated features like PowerCopy and User Defined Features to enable CAD geometry instantiation.

Associative Vehicle Architecture (AVA)

o	Engaged in the product development of a critical aerodynamic vehicle part including stakeholder's requirement gathering, design, virtual simulation, 3D printing, and physical testing.

o	Managed a task that ensured gaps and flushes between vehicle CAD parts were within the acceptable limit as detailed in the Design Rule and raised a Surface Modification Request for any deviation. 

o	Participated in daily stand-up meetings with squad members to discuss project-level updates. Other activities include sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospect.

Product Engineer (Bumper and Grille)

o	Utilized the university's chat platform, Unibuddy, to respond swiftly to applicants' inquiries regarding accommodation, study facilities, and course structures.
