I'm a certified trauma-informed transformational coach with almost twelve years of experience in professional and personal development, both in corporate and entrepreneurship spaces. I've helped build an improv theatre from the ground up- performing weekly despite starting out with crippling stage fright., and now I'm here to help you. I take an alternative, trauma-informed approach, using a two-fold method called Intentional Improv. ✨Intentional: ➼Intentionally dig into your fear of public speaking and get to the root of it - was it something you learned from your parents?
