As a Recruitment Partner and Talent Sourcer at Qualitest, I am responsible for finding and attracting top talent for various IT projects, using niche platforms, social media, networking, and direct sourcing. I act as the primary point of contact for the incoming candidates, working closely with the team members and the hiring managers to identify the recruitment needs and manage the interview schedule. I have over six years of experience in working directly with people in either retail, ecommerce, or HR departments, where I developed my sourcing, engagement, and communication skills. I have a BA in Humanities from Universitatea Crestina Dimitrie Cantemir, where I learned to think critically and creatively. I am passionate about people and stories, and I am constantly working to improve my skills and knowledge about the newest and most creative ways to match the best people with the coolest projects out there.
