Main responsibilities 
• Participated in Requests for Information and/or Proposal (RFX) with solution or transition approach
• Ensure adherence to standard methodology and internal best practices, driving process customization to fit customer future-state organization
• Plan project timelines, costs, resource requirements and ensure execution
• Responsible for assessing processes and recommending solution/ potential for migration
• Coordinate solution design, project setup, knowledge transfer, ramp up/down of activities and post Go-Live support
• Monitor project, take corrective actions, and report on project progress
• Manage internal and customer adherence to timelines and deliverables
• Ensure coordination between internal and external stakeholders, including customer 3rd parties
• Responsible for all transition deliverables – documentation, pricing, contract, and budget holder

Manager Transition & Transformation

Lead a team of 50+ members on an IT Service Desk Process 
(Spanish, Portuguese, Finnish, Hungarian and French)

- Monitor and improve process KPI`s and SLA
- Ensure client reponse time and deadlines are met with accuracy
- Identify process issues and resolution
- Create and/or review monthly and weekly reports on different KPI's
- Conduct periodic customer reviews
- Organize team huddles and work on regular internal communication

Information Technology Operations Team Lead

Main responsibilities
- Supported coordination of leadership, commercial and essential skills programs across the EMEA region for customer employees
- Prepared joining instructions, post-class surveys, billing sheets, certificates and enrollment reports
- Point of contact for training venues and hotels for the German-speaking part of the process
- Created and updated the SOP's and process maps
- Initiated and implemented several process improvements
- Prepared standard monthly reports for customer reviews, internal reviews and performance evaluation
- Process Trainer of the account in charge with LTO completion, cross-training coordination, quarterly process knowledge tests
