In this role I am responsible for the human resources processes for the Winnow office in Cluj-Napoca, Romania:

- Posting jobs on relevant websites directly
- Researching and recommending new job boards 
- Responding to speculative candidates
- Scheduling interviews, preparing interview schedules and issuing supporting paperwork and documentation
- Tracking and documenting the signed paperwork from successful candidates
- Liaising with the manager and ensuring the onboarding preparation and the induction training
- Setting up the employee record on People system HiBob
- Managing the probation check
- Managing and keeping the People system HiBob updated
- Creating and opening HR process and surveys in the system as required
- Managing the internal training programme by scheduling, promoting on a monthly basis, adding people to the registered sessions
- Assist in managing payroll for the Cluj office, organising meal tickets, health insurance and invoices
- Assist in organising events and quarterly training sessions
- Ordering supplies, looking after equipment and assets in the Cluj office
- Act as the main point of contact in the Cluj office by onboarding employees, helping colleagues with office requests and maintaining strong connections with the UK team
- Supporting other HR project, reports and updating the SOP document as required
