In this role, I coordinate a team of three communications professionals from different areas of expertise - public relations, internal communications, and design. 
Together, we aim to enhance and maintain brand awareness about MassMutual Romania in the employer market, positioning the company as a great place to work at, and translating our EVP into various creative campaigns to engage our external and internal target audiences.

I'm also responsible with managing the company's CSR activities and positioning it as a socially responsible member of the communities it's part of. I manage the sponsorship budget; select the NGOs we collaborate with; and support creating valuable and impactful campaigns and opportunities for colleagues to give back to the society.

Employer Branding Manager

Build brand awareness as a top employer on the local market;
Coordinate and implement all Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing activities;
Organize participation in technical events such as conferences, hackathons, career fairs, and others;
Build and manage social media presence from designing a social strategy to full ownership of content creation;
Manage the digital presence of the company and Employer Brand touchpoints - review boards, careers page.   
Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to deliver expected results.
Manage all CSR activities, creating links between the business and the community to raise positive awareness of the organization's commitment to sustainable social responsibility.

Ensure internal communications, content copywriting, and quality of communication, social media presence, liaison with the PR agency, brand alignment;
Responsible for keeping contact and coordinating with various agencies & external suppliers;
Coordinate production of brand-related material: various giveaways, posters, brochures;
Support and work closely with the recruitment team & organize all employer branding activities from planning the calendar and participation to job fairs and recruitment events to the preparation of all necessary resources;
