With a biomedical engineering background and diverse healthcare experiences in various companies, I am currently involved in developing the Romanian startup ecosystem. I joined the Rubik Hub team in 2019 and now I am coordinating the RubikEDU incubation program, essential for validating and transforming bright ideas into scalable startups. Most probably my life would have been different if I had the chance to experience any entrepreneurial educational programs as a student. It wasn't the case, but it became my motivation to help future founders adopt the startup mindset.
