- Participates with the Board of Directors in developing a vision and a strategic plan to guide the agency
- Responsible for the agency leadership and management according to the strategic direction of the agency
- Identifies, assesses, and informs the Board of Directors of internal and external issues that affect the agency
- Develops an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the agency
- Ensures that the operation of the agency meets the expectations of its clients and Board
- Oversees the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the agency

In 2010 I started to develop this IT company. For three years I teamed up with a partner and founded a start up in custom Software Development.

As an experienced marketer I was constantly searching for potential new business opportunities for the company and its clients by proposing and implementing creative, feasible and efficient ideas.
As a solution architect I often cope with new business models and versions of complex software projects and I have to visualize and find innovative solutions, to manage the development teams and to coordinating the sales process by keeping a good relation with the client and the project owners. 

Responsabilities
- Leads teams responsible for crafting meaningful digital experiences varying from the design and build of large scale platforms to shorter cycle, highly creative campaign work across our portfolio of high profile clients
- Plans & executes various projects throughout the life cycle to help ensure solutions are insight driven and truly user-focused
- Leads the interaction design phase from the sketching of key functional concepts through to the production of rapid prototypes utilizing agile methodology 
- Coordinates an exciting environment with other disciplines such as designers, technical specialists, project managers and business consultants 
- Experience in directing the implementation of web platforms and mobile platforms across local and international projects
- Coordinates the sales division of the company
- Recruits, interviews and selects staff that had the right technical and personal abilities to further help the company's growth (mission)
- Coaches and mentors staff as appropriate to improve performance

At AMD as a Marketing Manager for 12 countries (Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo) I successfully developed AMD business across the region.

The team that I collaborated includes regional sales managers, regional marketing, regional PR. Based on the strategy that we applied, we succeeded to establish channels, identify key partners and build long lasting trustfully relationships.
