At 44, after more than 20 years as a leader in the financial industry, I reached a turning point. Although I had built a rising career and a resilient family after being widowed at 39 with two young children, I felt that what I was doing did not truly reflect who I was. It was then that I embarked on a profound journey inward, reconnecting with my essence, remembering who I am, and learning to “dress myself in me” to live from that truth. I deeply honor my academic background: I am an Industrial Engineer, a Specialist in Corporate Finance, and have completed several executive management programs. These studies provided me with tools to build a life of visible achievements, but I always knew there was something more. My relentless search from childhood for that inner fire reminded me that I had to explore what is essential for the soul. This passionate quest led me to become certified as an Ontological Coach and to dive into studies on energy integration, feminine leadership, emotional assertiveness, systemic coaching, mental science, and esoteric sciences like tarot and astrology—fields that continue to fascinate me. For over 27 years, I held various roles in the financial industry, eventually becoming Head of Wealth Management at Scotiabank for Colombia. Leading from a strategic position taught me that true power lies in integrating the strength of leadership with authenticity and in “dressing myself in me every day.” Inspiring other women to embrace their power in predominantly male environments has been one of the greatest rewards of my professional life. I share my journey with José Manuel, my husband, and I am the proud mother of David and Luciana, two artists who inspire me with their creativity and light. I am passionate about photography, reading, writing, and traveling, enjoying every opportunity to connect with new cultures that enrich my view of the world.
