As Operations Manager I am reasponsible for desigining, implementing and managing back office, warehouse and sales workflows and processes. I deal with suppliers on a daily basis to make sure that inventory levels are where they should be and I work closely with our graphic and product design teams to make sure that new products and projects are on track and on budget.

Operations Director  with a broad range of skills. Have worked closely with product designers and manufacturing points to bring new product to market, as well as managing inventory levels, implementing new work flows and driving advertising and sales teams.

This week, we had the pleasure of celebrating two incredible members of our team at Bigjigs Toys Ltd! 🎉

First, a huge shoutout to Kelly Brooks, who has dedicated 20 years to the company since joining straight out of school. Her outstanding performance and positive spirit make her a beloved figure across our business.

Secondly, congratulations to Danielle Finn, who, after serving in various roles with commitment and excellence, has been appointed as our Finance Director. This appointment marks a significant milestone, as she is the first non-family member to take a place on our board of directors. 

These achievements were honoured with a company lunch, and we are immensely grateful for their continued hard work and loyalty. Thank you, Kelly and Danielle, for all that you do! 👏
