After almost 20 years working across large Corporate, Private Equity, and PE-backed businesses, I’ve worked as an advisor, consultant and in-house as a senior leader. I've spent the majority of my career advising executives and senior leaders on how to transform their businesses, teams and personal brands. I've coached, trained and developed senior managers and executives to become better leaders, to build their vision and strategy, and to carve out and secure their ideal career paths. Now, I run my own businesses. As Managing Director of The Alternative Board, Hillingdon, I support local SMEs in achieving their business goals using my experience in PE and some SME-specific proprietary tools. I facilitate Boards where SME business owners come together and strategise. As Co-Founder of Actuate, I give UK and US businesses access to an incredible offshore talent pool at economical rates, which allows them more opportunities to scale and reinvest in growth strategies.
