-Develop overall program strategy and annual plan that reflects agency priorities and aligns with agency's strategy roadmap and mission framework
-Provide leadership, people management, and team oversight to community strategic partnership development, community building, and community voice functions program areas

-Manage staff hiring, scheduling, and assignment delegation
-Supervise a team of 4-5 team members
-Provide guidance and leadership on initiatives including outreach, enrollment, distributions, site relocations, and communications
-Collaborate with other teams and departments within the organization on cross-team/departmental efforts
-Provide conflict resolution and communications support to staff during or in response to challenging situations with participants, volunteers, community members, and staff

Program Manager

-Improved relations and increased our capacity to partner with agencies and expand services by designing frameworks to increase transparency, maintain compliance, and communicate effectively.
-Increased capacity through programs such as Healthy Children Pantries, the Healthy Children Pantry Outreach Initiative & Marketing Campaign, and the Unhoused Workgroup.
-Facilitated meetings, provided peer support, and assessed programmatic improvement of programs such as Project Homeless Connect, Neighborhood Meetings, and internal technical assistance meetings.

Senior Program Coordinator

-Led social and enrichment programs such as community meetings, coffee socials, and site food pantry.
-Drove increase in service utilization by collaborating with and cultivating trust with community-based organizations. 
-Maintained accuracy and organization in client case records using a customized case management platform.
-Maintained compliance through monthly reporting to the Human Service Agency of SF, Direct Access to Housing, and the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank, as well as annual reporting, data management, and supply inventory.

Program Coordinator

-Managed youth-focused social and enrichment programming.
-Lead case manager for monolingual Spanish-speaking clients, including advocacy and referrals to community-based organizations.
-Assisted with special projects, and planning of events

Youth Activities Coordinator

•Assists with program monitoring, maintain program files, and deliver monthly reports to the Housing Service Program Manager.
•Provide Spanish translation between staff and clients as needed.
•Attend in-house meetings and trainings.

I was born and raised in San Francisco and I acknowledge the community that brought me here. I graduated from Cal State University East Bay with a B.A. in Sociology with an emphasis on social service in 2007, and have had the honor and privilege to serve my San Francisco community over the last 15 years. I have spent my career dedicated as an advocate and community organizer to support at-risk and low-income communities in the San Francisco Bay Area, and have been addressing food insecurity work with the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank for the past 9 years. I am a wife, mother, and lifelong Bay Area resident who brings valued perspective and experience to my work and continue to be committed to seeing historically underserved communities not just survive but thrive.
