Understanding of the requirements and solution, and able to articulate, communicate and convey these to the development/ scrum teams. 
Gathers and analyzes the product/ solution requirements, writes the backlog, verifies the solution with all relevant stakeholders; Dissects the requirements into user stories; Prioritizes the backlog based on business value; Defines 'done' criteria. 
Responsible for creating and grooming the backlog and its maintenance. 
Leads the ongoing work with the development/ scrum team and other POs through all product/ project life-cycle, while reporting to the Product/ Project Manager/ Lead PO.
Business travels on customer sides, for requirement discussions, providing solutions and support.

Business Analyst

Analyze customer requirements and provide solutions/Write technical design documents.
Design, develop, modify, debug and/or maintain software systems. 
Working on one or more specific modules within a large software system scope.
Working on Amdocs Custom Developing tools (scripting tools) SQL Develop coding in HTML, Java Script, CSS, WSDLs Design of detailed Flow Charts.
Perform impact assessment (for example, for critical production issues) and contributes to Root Cause Analysis of issues and outlines corrective actions.
