The Giving Movement

Creative Production:
 -Lead and manage the creative production process - from briefings, treatments, call sheets. 
 -Collaborate closely with the creative director and design teams to bring creative ideas to life in line with The Giving Movement's brand identity.

E-commerce Support:
-Oversee the production for e-commerce production, including product images and videos.
-Work closely with product and styling team create shoot lists for ecom bays based off of available stock samples.
-Ensure that e-commerce content effectively showcases products and is consistant.

Project Management:
-Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines.
-Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketing specialists.

Budget Management:
-Manage budgets for creative production projects, optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
-Track expenses and provide financial reports to senior management as needed.

Quality Assurance:
-Uphold quality standards for all creative materials produced, ensuring they meet brand and industry benchmarks.
-Review and approve creative assets before distribution.

Vendor Relationships:
-Cultivate and maintain relationships with external creative service providers, including photographers, videographers, and agencies.
-Negotiate contracts and oversee project deliverables from third-party vendors.

Workflow Optimization:
-Implement efficient production processes and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.
-Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline creative production.

Innovation and Trends:
-Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in creative production and e-commerce.
-Bring fresh ideas and insights to the team, driving creative innovation.

Team administration
-Host team huddles and bi-weekly 1 on 1 meetings.

As a senior producer at the Blacksmith production house, my role involves overseeing and managing the production process for various projects. This entails working closely with clients, creative teams, and vendors to ensure that the project meets the desired quality and timelines. I always knew that I wanted to pursue a creative career.
My passion and hands-on attitude flows through my canvases. 

I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Visual Communication from The Open Window International Institute for Arts and Digital Sciences in 2015.

I have since had the opportunity to work with illustrious brands such as Nike, The Giving Movement, Hennessy, Budweiser, ABSA, Carling Black Label, Castle Lite, Stella Artois, Brutal Fruit, Rand refinery, Corona and more. 

Throughout this journey I have cultivated skills in producing; pre and post production management, Graphic design - Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Lightroom, Bridge and Basic Premiere Pro skills), client management, social media management, photography and make-up artistry.

This has propelled me to become an artisan in my field being able to have a say in each portion of the planning process, providing refined products, tailored to each and every client. Watching the creative vision come to life on set is invigorating.
