Senior Technology Program Manager, Enterprise Client Experience

Taking Enterprise Search and content searching to the next level! 
Leverages deep user experience and product ownership knowledge  and experience to define and manage strategy and business objectives and develop and enhance Enterprise Search, OneDrive, and SharePoint by:
	• Identifying market opportunities, 
	• Conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments; 
	• Developing business cases; 
	• Setting objectives and key performance indicators for products;
	• Developing and managing product roadmaps;

Team management: Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.

Compliance: Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Product Owner - Enterprise Search, Data and Analytics

Oversees development and maintenance of technology projects to improve digital connected experience for Walmart associates  using video and chat collaboration products, including Zoom and conference room technology.  
• Supported workforce’s unprecedented transition to work-from-home environment, managed projects to enable enterprise’s  increase usage of Zoom for virtual collaboration, doubling meeting minutes and increasing net promoter score (NPS).  
• Leverages knowledge and experience in Microsoft Teams and video tools to evaluate Teams product for Enterprise. 
• Lead project rollout to enhance video collaboration on virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) experience to digital workspaces. 
 • Leads process improvement initiatives in agile and traditional project management framework, used Six Sigma methodology. 
• Controls communication efforts to gather customer feedback and inform end-users of offerings and new releases.

Digital Connected Experience Project Manager

Western State Hospital

Spearheaded cross-hospital, multi-disciplinary projects to cultivate environment conducive for increased workforce efficiency,  compliance and productivity.  
• Spearheaded efforts to support hospital in gaining Federal recertification, worked with executive, middle and line staff to achieve  regulatory standards. 
• Obtained HIPAA compliant space for occupational therapy in conjunction with process improvement efforts, implemented ligature risk assessment project and new ward staffing model and plan to mitigate risk of legal penalties and fines.

Continuous Improvement Manager

Gothic Gin

Directed user-experience projects to drive enhance usability of website and brand development initiatives during start-up phase.  
• Enabled integration of Salesforce customer and lead relationship system with external website, utilized APIs between website  and Salesforce to facilitate distribution channels; coordinated with Salesforce engineers, vendors and Gothic Gin staff.  
• Evaluated usability of websites and branding materials for Gold Medal winning Gin brand. 
• Leveraged research and analysis of marketing environment to aid leadership’s understanding brand’s placement and  preparation of strategic approach to website and marketing.

Director of Digital Experience

State of Washington

Managed user-experience program and projects from conception to close-out; controlled all aspects of team and vendor  management, budget management, scheduling, stakeholder management, risk management, and presenting results. Executed roles  as Chair, Voice of Customer Committee and Board Member, Data Governance.  
• Drove completion of content audit project, audited top 50 most visited web pages, created new content patterns and measures  and increased customer satisfaction in under-performing content by 13%.  
• Developed and published organization’s user-experience standards; collaborated extensively with software developers, systems  engineers, information systems leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment amongst cross-functional groups. 
• Built top talented user experience team, expanded team from half-time FTE to 6; administered in-house user-experience  training, eliminated need for external consultants. 
• Conceptualized user-account portal, License eXpress, and promoted concept to executive leaders, served as Product Owner on  agile team to create portal; enabled Washington State residents to manage license and IDs in 1 location on PC or mobile device. 
• Managed intranet redesign and content management migration project while managing daily operations of user experience team; structured complex, open-source intranet with Active Directory integration and distributed contributors.
 • Created methods for analyzing customer satisfaction and apply data findings to improve services and products, improved  customer survey comments from negative 55 – 60% satisfied to positive +80%; owned multiple agency strategic measures.
