I am an experienced and passionate about technology leader and was fortunate to hone my skills in variety of technology roles in semiconductor Foundry and equipment manufacturing companies. I worked in both private and public firms, both large and small, across geographies and cultures. I am excited for the next step - finding a place to utilize my skills in strategic analysis, technology knowledge and helping organizations grow sustainably. I am a leader (I have built up and managed many teams), integrator and a storyteller. The principles I adhere to in my work are – 1. We are only as strong as our people, 2. Combining deep technology knowledge with strong collaborative relationships is the only way to meet the customer needs, and 3. Our ability to solve new technical problems fast is strongly correlated to our ability to ask right questions, and empower the people who know the answers Leadership - With proven success in building development organizations and product road maps from the ground up, I solve technical and organizational challenges, across divisions and geographies. Integration - I believe in cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and customers to create a cohesive innovation strategy for my organizations. Creating a comprehensive narrative and road map by integrating market, customer and internal inputs is one of my passions and one of my strengths. Partnership – across all of my career I have built and maintained strong collaborative partnerships – whether with photo lithographic material development with companies like Brewer Science, JSR Micro or Rohm Haas, or bringing first of the kind Ultratech laser anneal tool to qualification or developing a strong JDAs with plating suppliers and government agencies.
