Senior Accountant

•	Support and manage new joiners throughout their preboarding, onboarding and offboarding experience on a weekly basis.

•	Initiate and process employee terminations in Workday; notifying the Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams before completing a Change In Status form as well as updating the Joiners/Leavers log and ultimately working closely with the Payroll team to initiate the final payroll and severance payment for the terminated employees.

•	Update company headcount files monthly for the Finance Team and ensuring accuracy between Workday and ADP as well as managing the offboarding experience by providing data-driven insight into leaver trends, presenting recommendations to retain our people and talent.

Associate People Business Partner

•	Manage all aspects of accounts receivable including gathering data from each sales channel, recording of sales revenues, settlements, and performing monthly account reconciliations, resolving any variances that are identified.

•	Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L accounts, investigating any variances.

•	Maintain company liability insurance renewals for firm internal meetings and promotional events as well as workers’ compensation insurance to ensure there is appropriate levels of coverage throughout the year.

•	Review American Express credit cards monthly expenses by collecting receipts and processing charges in order to properly code to the general ledger in QuickBooks and ultimately reconciling to monthly bank statements.

•	Assist the Finance Team with the month end close process as well as the annual audit process, preparing audit packages and providing supporting documentation to the auditors.

•	Coordinate with entire Finance Team to complete various projects and achieve departmental goals by month end close.

•	Managed all aspects of accounts payable including coding invoices, inputting data, processing over $20,000 worth of checks and over $100,000 wire payments on a weekly basis to satisfy liabilities.
