i was heading retail sales and opearation for Urban Ladder Exclusive Stores present in West Zone ( Maharastra and Gujrat ) ,my reponsibility included manging day to day operation and driving daily , weekly and monthly revenue as per target shared by management , i use to bemchmatk competition  performance to have fair idea of market .weekly and monthly review with retail store managers on KPI to keep check on health of business, timely sharing market trends ,consumer behaviour to category team/ management to leverage the oppurtunity .
