I’m Irfan Khan, a Senior Director at Capgemini Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. I hold a B.A. in Economics and an Executive MBA from NMIMS. With a total of 26 years in the IT industry, I have had the opportunity to work with IBM, Wipro Infotech, and Travelex before joining Capgemini. For over 20 years, I’ve held various leadership roles at Capgemini, focusing on IT service delivery and leading practices and customer account delivery in both multi-client and dedicated environments. Currently, I lead large-scale IT service delivery for Cloud and Infrastructure services in the financial sector across EU and APAC regions. My Expertise and Key Achievements: - Core Expertise: Specialized in Delivery/Engagement and Operations Management, encompassing Service Delivery Management, Customer Relationship Management, Build and Transformation Programs, as well as Commercial and Financial Management, and Delivery Quality Assurance. - Global Command Center Leadership: Successfully built (As a core team) and led the Global Command Center (GCC) in India and Poland for multi-client environments, evolving it into a next-gen command center focused on digitalized operations, including orchestration, self-healing, AI-driven solutions, and BOT-based automation. - Engagement Management Certification Board: Currently part of the sponsor/panel community for Capgemini's leadership certification in Engagement Management, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues throughout their certification journeys. - Six Sigma Certification Board Member: Served as a board member for the Six Sigma certification committee, mentoring teams and delivering award-winning projects recognized by external bodies such as QAI and Symbiosis School of Management Studies. - Award Recognition: Honored with ‘The Delivery Excellence Award’ from the NL region, ‘The Best Innovation Idea Award’ for a UK account, and recognized as part of the Best Team in Automation, acknowledging contributions to exceptional service delivery and innovative solutions. - Continuous Learning: Completed a variety of internal training and certifications focused on leadership, Engagement Management, AWS cloud fundamentals, GEN-AI basics/portfolio, global insurance industry knowledge, sustainability, and cybersecurity ethics.
