Vibe Project Implementation through RECONOMY programme together with Help and Helvetas:

- 30 Ukrainian refugees based in Moldova were enrolled into IT educational courses in two groups. Providing tech education as a tool to start a career in tech is a highly effective approach to help war affected people to restore their livelihoods and become self-sufficient. The chosen tech courses (Front-end Development and UI\UX Design) will provide the refugees with the necessary skill set to start immediately after the 4 months intensive courses, a career in the tech sector through an internship or junior position at a local or foreign tech company;

- Moldova IT/BPO industry research: together with a research provider company (Enable), took part in all 29 conducted interviews with local ICT, BPO companies, training providers, IT education experts, employees and students, where a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis of the Moldovan ICT/BPO sector from a Labor Market perspective highlighted the under-performing areas with the focus on tech education and skills development functions (SWOT Analysis). The other biggest outcome of these interviews was the acknowledgement of a new training provider entering the local moldovan IT market, open to partnerships, with a specific training methodology, intense practical course and an international community of alumnis;

- Tech labour market integration: the foundation for developing a tech labor market integration "accelerator" program was built, not only to support tech employers and tech talent to more easily and faster connect with each other, but also as a tool to prevent migration and brain-drain of young talent from Moldova;

- Opening event for Beetroot Academy in Moldova;

- Coordination of material translation to local (Romanian) language etc.
