Planning and preparing feasibility studies (quality, cost, time) for internal ALV or external needs (OEM)

Lead a technical team formed of 20 engineers responsible with the product validation (seatbelts department)

Very good knowledge of all customers test specifications
Very good knowledge of legal requirements (EU/US)
Interacting with customers to understand the project and finalize its scope
Estimation and development of test plans, ensure test result synthesis are provided on time
Mentoring junior members in the team
Coordinating with other teams working on the same project
Ensuring smooth delivery of the project
Managing cross-functional communication between Autoliv sites (Germany, France, Sweden and Romania)

Engineering Team Leader

Preparing the test plan for the new projects
Very good knowledge of FIAT test specifications
Organization and scheduling of seatbelt testing for FIAT customer at Autoliv laboratory, Romania
Checking test setup and assuring the correct verification
Documentation of test results in test reports for the customer, checking the new customer requirements 
Filling in the test incident report and forward it to the responsible person for solving the issue
Attend customer meetings

Product Verification Engineer

Testing products and components for NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) according to customer specifications using analyzer software, microphones and accelerometers
Installation of the noise chamber and noise equipment for testing at Autoliv laboratory, Romania
Organization and scheduling of testing at Autoliv laboratory, Romania
Responsibility for high speed filming in crash test setups and evaluation of the film material for further analysis using specific software
Documentation of test results in test reports for the customer, checking the new customer requirements and update it, preparing the work instructions
Scheduled maintenance and calibration of mechanical testing equipment
Working on increasing the quality and efficiency of the team and improving existing Autoliv procedures and processes
All testing work performed in accordance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality standards

Test Engineer

Automotive engineer with 14+ years of experience in the field of safety systems (e.g. seatbelts).
Used to work in a highly demanding environment and matrix type of organization.
