FirstHR is the brand new all-in-one HR platform that will unite all HR processes, from hiring to dismissal, in one interface so they can create the ultimate dream team. 

As a product manager, my primary responsibilities included:

- Competitor analysis: Conducting thorough research and analysis of competitors in the market to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and unique selling points. This analysis helped inform our product strategy and positioning.
- Compiling a killer feature list: Identifying and prioritizing the most impactful and innovative features that would set our product apart from competitors. This involved gathering input from stakeholders and analyzing customer feedback.
Customer research: I conduct interviews, surveys, and user testing to deeply understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of our target customers.
- Developing technical documentation with cross-functional teams, including developers and engineers.
- Prototyping the product: I created prototypes of the product using prototyping tools to visualize and communicate the user experience and functionality.

As a project manager, I have managed complex B2B projects of various scales, from developing desktop and mobile applications in virtual and augmented reality to creating a web platform for international HR specialists.

My primary responsibilities included:
- Gathering client requirements: conducting online and offline meetings and creating briefs.
- Estimating project costs and managing budgets.
- Drafting and finalizing contracts and other documentation.
- Developing and aligning technical specifications.
- Finding and communicating with subcontractors.
- Assigning tasks to the development department (programmers, 3D artists, UX/UI designers, testers).
- Monitor the quality and timely completion of assigned tasks and participate in product testing.
- Compiling reports on development stages.
- Conducting negotiations and presentations for clients and stakeholders, resolving conflicts.
- Generating new proposals to address client needs.
