Hi, I'm Irina and I’m so grateful you’re here. I'm a Finance Professional turned Life Coach. I coach people with brilliant minds (often overachievers) who want to feel more grounded and more fulfilled in their lives. Without losing the grit. Over the years of coaching high-achieving people, there's one commonality I've observed - the more self-aware you are, the more likely it is that you tend to overanalyse, stress and sometimes doubt your decisions. It can often be hard to navigate your inner chatter and racing thought process - to stay clear and focused on your long-term destination. I help my clients navigate their emotional state in their work and personal lives, so they stay focused on growth with less stress and anxiety. Calm, groundedness and a clear picture of where they're heading - are some of the most common results my clients achieve through our work. Here are a few things about me and my coaching space: I’m a human first, and a coach second. ⚪️ I don’t have all the answers, and my life isn’t perfect. I have Netflix-binging evenings and I eat chocolate when I feel sad. I don’t magically achieve every goal I set. I fail 👉🏽 a lot. And sometimes I make jokes that no one gets.🫢 I don’t expect my clients to be (or become) perfect either.
