• Order Management : Weekly receipts of purchase orders via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). Involved electronic failure monitoring, communication with DC, proactive inventory analysis. Provided Import and • Export documents for overseas shipments.
• Inventory Management: Successfully managed inventory levels at third-party distributor.  Duties included navigation of web portal, manual shipment input, etc. 
• Forecasting & Sales Analysis:  Reported to manufacturing regarding needed quantities/changes.   
• Accounts Receivables: Duties included disputing invoice discrepancies, assembling returns packages, submitting invoices for payment and recommend changes in credit status as appropriate, etc.

Account Specialist / Professional Latin Markets Division

• Posted daily bank deposits to Rweb, processed funding and credit card sales and monitored automatic and manual bank postings.
• Posted and cleared utilities and Sales Tax Refunds. Posted Credit Card Fees on month end. Processed Credit Card Payments (for all divisions, except stores – backup).
• Regression tested before major release of SAP.
