In 2018, Mr. Irish formed his solo practice: iLaw, PLLC, which still operates today. With a passion for sports, Michael would someday like to combine the legal and sporting fields into a successful career. 

Michael is also a licensed mediator and tries to approach disputes with the general concept of resolving them as opposed to litigating. This goes along with Mr. Irish's overall goal to resolve disputes, as opposed to starting them.
