Duties and responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. Develop strategies to attract top talent in the blockchain space, including developers, cybersecurity experts, and more.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads and executives to assess current and future staffing needs, ensuring the company has the right talent to support its growth and objectives.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Develop comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company's culture, values, and processes. Also, manage the offboarding process when employees leave the company.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Establish HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations, as well as industry-specific regulations that might affect blockchain companies.
- HR Technology and Tools: Stay up-to-date with HR technology trends and leverage relevant tools to streamline HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with the company's leadership to align HR strategies with the overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the Blockchain industry.

Head of HR

Duties:
- Searching for potential candidate sources,
- Selecting the most suitable candidates,
- Daily communication with potential candidates,
- Coordinating testing tasks for candidates,
- Interviewing candidates,
- Maintaining good contact with candidates throughout the process,

- Creation and maintenance of а database of candidates,

- interaction with customers,
- Scheduling interviews with candidates,

The main focus of recruiting is based on the following positions:
JavaScript (React, Node), Solidity,  DevOps, Teach Lead, Marketing.
