AMAZON ADS QUIETLY ROLLED OUT A GREAT NEW FEATURE!


You can now add negative keywords in ASIN Targeting Ad Groups and it’s a BIG DEAL!

If you’ve been running Amazon campaigns, you’ve probably noticed this:

ASIN Targeting ads don’t just show up on ASINs anymore.

Amazon has been serving these ads on keywords, and this trend has been showing up more and more in Search Term reports.


But until now, there was a big problem:

In ASIN Targeting campaigns, you could only negate ASINs, not keywords.

The only workaround was adding negative keywords at the campaign level — which limited flexibility.

Well… that just changed.

Amazon quietly added the ability to add negative keywords directly in ASIN Targeting campaigns!

Not sure why it took this long but glad it’s finally here.
