I was 19 when I first started selling insurance. It took me 8 months to realize that I wasn't doing it the right way. After sitting down and rethinking what I was doing I made my decision. I quit. I decided to look for an in office job, a place where I can learn the business from the inside and get all the knowledge, from underwriting, claims, audits, policy forms, quote shopping and what not. I made myself a goal that no matter how long it will take, I will become the best in the industry. I joined HML Brokerage almost 3 years ago, and I have been doing just that. Learning, learning and learning, oh, and also working. Interesting thing happened, I started to sell without selling, it just started to come in by telling people what I was doing for a living. While I still don't consider my self the best, I know I am up there with the experts. Hobbies I have is reading/ listening to books, listening to podcast and day dream. I love getting into controversial topics and topics that require some brain juice. Think I gave a away enough about myself for the first time you're reading about me.
