Led a team of 8-12 Business Development Managers who were responsible for hitting and exceeding their monthly and annual quotas (collectively $1,000,000 annually). Was responsible for the development of the Academy Program at IBISWorld, designed specifically around the unique nature of acquiring, on boarding, and retaining new sales talent for the organization to support growth of the department from a team of 20 sales professionals to 50+.

Responsible for all learning and development programs across the IBISWorld business. This includes weekly enrichment sessions for revenue staff, as well as the induction program designed for new employees' first six months with the company. In addition to running multiple training sessions a week, I was responsible for the instructional design of all training materials for IBISWorld’s Industry and Procurement businesses.

• Researched all 30 NBA Teams and prepared a report on how the 76ers could better utilize their Fan Squad
• Worked with Game Operations staff in developing promotions that enhanced the game presentation

• Directed a staff of 20 individuals who enthusiastically welcomed fans to the game and brought energy to the arena
• Oversaw execution of interactive activities such as inflatables, poster stations, and trivia contests
