My career started in hospitality, where I learned the importance of making people happy. Over time, I realized that my talent for people management extended beyond the front of the house and into the world of career development. I've worked in every front-of-the-house hospitality position, from waiting tables to becoming a Sommelier, to running the sales and marketing program. My skills and experience learned from the hospitality industry were easily transferred into my current role at Protis Global. As Director of Search Operations, I have helped make things better and more efficient for countless clients, candidates, and our staff. I'm passionate about creating genuine, people-focused relationships, which sets me apart from others in my field. My hospitality roots and love for improving operational efficiencies continue to influence my work, which has earned me the 2022 Branta Award, a coveted peer-given award that recognizes the team member who embodies our core values of Integrity, Positive Attitude, Work Ethic, Teamwork, and Performance. I graduated top of my class at Florida Gulf Coast University with a BA in Communications and went on to earn my MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
