In 2021 I embarked on this entrepreneurial journey and haven't stopped ever since. 
I always knew that I wanted to have my own business, and having done a Master in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship helped tremendously with that.
Since 2020 I am teaching Yoga in Studios, Co-working Spaces and in retreats around the world. I have already successfully organised 6 Wellness Retreats and a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and there are a lot more to come in the upcoming year(s). Throughout this time I have also given guidance to over 50 individuals, who have decided to re-establish a deeper connection with themselves.
I am passionate about ancient, but also modern spiritual practices - from energy & somatic practices, Hypnotherapy, Guided Meditations, Chakra-Work, Embodiment Practices to classical Yoga Asanas and Breath work. I absolutely love what I do and this is why I decided to make a living out of my passion.

Deltek is an international Software Company. The headquarter is in the US, but their offices are spread throughout the whole world, which made me travel a lot during this time. 

I had the opportunity, after being in the Direct Sales Team for a 1 1/2 years to work closely within the EMEA Partner Network. I helped our Partners with Inbound & Outbound Lead Strategies, Content Marketing, Sales, Pipeline Building, Organising online and in person events within their industry as well as mentoring and supervising them on how to sell Deltek Products in the most successful way.

During this time I got to work with a lot of different people from different industries and positions. It helped me understanding what is expected from an individual in this fast pacing world we are living in.

I am a 650+ Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, Social Anthropologist, Spiritual Entrepreneur, and Mentor, holding certifications in EFT, Breathwork, and Meditation as well as Somatic Healing Practices, Qigong, and Ayurveda.

Utilising techniques of somatic therapy and energy psychology, I support healing trauma stored in the body. Inspired by the world-renowned PTSD psychotherapist Bessel Van Der Kolk, my body-centric approach helps release stress, tension, and trauma. Unlike standard mental health therapy, such as CBT, which focuses predominantly on the mind, somatic therapy incorporates body-oriented modalities.

For a couple of days this week, I forgot who I was.

It was one of the hardest weeks I’ve had in a while.

The past few weeks have been intense:
 💥 Family challenges
 💻 Attending Web Summit for multiple days
 🎤 Hosting a live masterclass
 🚀 Launching a new group business mastermind
 💸 A surprise tax bill I did not see coming
 …plus some personal struggles that hit deeper than expected.

I was drowning.

Sleep was bad. My nutrition was off.

I spiraled into overthinking, obsessing about things I couldn’t control.

And even after years of doing the inner work — of coaching others through moments just like this — I still found myself questioning everything.

And yet…

This week, I still signed 3 new clients.

Yes, life is hard sometimes.
Yes, I also have days where everything feels unbearable and I just want to hide under a blanket.

But even on those days — especially on those days — I am still growing.

Because here’s the truth:
 🌍 I’ve moved to 3 different countries on my own
 📈 I’ve built an international business from scratch
 💡 I’ve stayed committed to the inner work, even when it’s uncomfortable

And that energy? It always comes back.

This week, it did. In clients, in conversations, in clarity.

And not only that — we’re successfully launching our new Business Mastermind program with Stephanie Weyer (doors are still open — we begin next Friday).
