Bela has been working as a real estate and finance professional for over 8 years. Her roots have always been in the industry, as her family owned and operated their real estate portfolio throughout her childhood years. While previous roles focused more on the underwriting of real estate, across CMBS and family office spectrums, she now enjoys connecting investors with opportunities to preserve and grow their wealth in income-producing investments. Bela is also a Coach at Osprey, a female-only vetted membership community for sports and entertainment. She leverages her expertise in investor relations, market research, and financial analysis to provide coaching, resources, and events for the members. As the oldest of four sisters, and an ex-college athlete, Bela enjoys helping Osprey members think about their future well-being. Bela double-majored in Finance and Real Estate at Marquette University, where she earned several academic honors. She is fluent in English and Spanish and still has a passion for sports. She’s most recently looking to learn and improve upon her golf game and wake surfing skills.
