I am a proven direct and channel sales leader in tech. I've consistently led teams to exceed expectations by leveraging strong communication, organization, business planning, negotiation and execution skills. I currently serve as Chief of Staff to Cisco's Chief Customer and Partner Officer. Previously, I led the Global Managed Services Sales Acceleration Organization, a Center of Excellence providing the framework, tools and best practices needed to drive demand for our partner led managed service offers. Prior to that, I was the second-line leader of the Enterprise and Service Provider West Area sales organization for AppDynamics (part of Cisco). I previously served as Chief of Staff for the Americas Partner Organization, with $32B+ annualized revenue through partners, and responsibility for leading strategy, operations & business development. In this role, I led the APO Perform teams (strategy and planning, Partner Programs, Contra, P&L optimization, workforce planning, Analytics team, Events and Enablement, and communications) and the Transform teams (Ecosystem, Cloud and DSI team and Managed Services team). Previously, I led a direct team of nine Public Sector Account Managers and an extended organization of 25 individual contributors dedicated to driving digital transformation for State, Local, and Education customers in the Southwest. I've led a $1.5B partner sales operation of 35 team members helping our top partners develop and grow their ability to sell Cisco's portfolio into their customer base and add net new logos. I began my career in tech as an Account Manager, acting as a technology and funding consultant helping build technology plans for superintendents, business managers, city managers, etc. I have a demonstrated ability to generate and close business aligned to customer outcomes, and maintain strong customer, partner, and team relationships to ensure recurring business. I am driven by contributing to the success of others and will always go above and beyond to do the right thing for our customers, our partners, our team, and our company.
