As a fully qualified Attorney at Law, I bring over a decade of legal expertise with strong ability to strategise and draw knowledge across domains and borders. I am rooted in principles and have developed a risk based approach that enables me to navigate in new terrain.

While in my core I am a transaction lawyer who breathes the momentum of a deal. Prior to moving in-house I gained seniority in mergers & acquisitions, working with key clients like Nasdaq, Blackstone, EQT and Providence, while managing, negotiating and closing high value deals. I have also led multiple cross-border mergers across heavily regulated industries like banking & finance.
