Well, hello there! I am Bella. I’m deeply obsessed with my aging (gracefully) aussie bulldog called meatball, a book lover, Survivor fanatic, have a mamoth size sweet tooth and am, proudly, a former lawyer. After almost a decade of commercial lawyering - learning how to draft a good email, speed read, having some wild experiences (like when a client threw dumplings at me for giving advice they didn't like), string together an articulate argument and manage senior stakeholders (including the grump variety), I moved into the digital media/advertising world; joining the American digital media start up called MightyHive. I was MightyHive's first operations focused employee in APAC. What "they" say about joining a rocketship start up during the tech boom is true; crazy growth with incredibly smart people coupled with once in a career type travel, wins and learnings. During my time at MightyHive, it was purchased by an even bigger rocket - S4 Capital. I went from trader into team management looking after our accounts/clients and then popped out to have some little people. Upon returning, and how I spent my last few years at Media.Monks, I was the Director of Partnerships, APAC. Where, in conjunction with various local, regional and global teams, I developed our APAC vendor partnership offering. My focus was on growing and developing Media.Monks’ regional corporate relationships with key strategic technology partners (across MarTech and AdTech) to drive growth and innovation for the business (and clients). Whilst undertaking a lot of partner management in this role, I also focused on the acquisition of new vendor partners. I am humbled to have been awarded Google Marketing Platform's Practitioner of the Year, 2022 and as an inaugural member of the Tealium Partner Advisory Board. After almost 7yrs at MightyHive/media.monks I left to join THE largest and best (thanks Gartner) independent demand side platform, the trade desk. I am now the Director of Data Partnerships, ANZ at The Trade Desk helping to drive growth of data partners, data adoption across our advertisers and helping to innovate and solve for the ongoing identity issues our industry faces around a cookieless future.
