The Integrated Resort Management Cross-Cultural Immersion Exchange Programme comprises of workshops that feature the best of SMU’s faculty on cutting edge business topics related to Integrated Resort (IR) Management. Participants are also involved in uniquely curated onsite immersion visits at RWS that dovetail the workshop, to enable them to gain an insider perspective of the workings of an IR and to have the exclusive opportunity of learning alongside RWS’s senior business leaders. 

Gained first-hand experiences and insights into the hospitality and tourism industry in Singapore. There were onsite immersion activities in RWS where participants were brought to back of house areas to gain a better understanding of RWS's needs as a business organisation and tourist destination. This programme also allowed the exchange of ideas and interaction between Japanese Exchange Students and SMU Students. 

Pitched a 1 year calendar of events and marketing tactics for working millennials to improve their customer experience and brand loyalty. Conducted thorough market research and had multiple discussions with our Co-Sponsor from RWS and SMU Mentor.
