My goal is to integrate a company willing to improve and enhance their employee experience journey on a continuous basis. My main expertise focuses on change periods (change of manager, onboarding, and offboarding), however I can bring a fresh perspective on the whole experience journey map, to ensure the best possible and personalized experience, impacting positively talent acquisition, retention, development, customer retention, company branding and overall performance. 18+ years in the IT industry covering roles from BDR to Key account manager, from channel to direct facing. In 2021 I decided to do an Executive MBA as I wanted to take a step back from my role and to have an overview of and understand why companies made some of their business decisions. My background and experience in IT have led me to my questioning and to the topic of my thesis to finish this EMBA: how to improve employee experience by putting the focus of HR and managers back on people. I made a lot of research on the topic and interviewed people in HR, managers, and individual contributors to understand what was done in reality and propose some recommendations for improvement. I have discovered a world of possibilities in this field and want to apply my experience, learnings and skills to helping people grow and thrive in their companies, especially during change (onboarding, offboarding, change of manager).
