I enjoy empowering others to grow beyond their comfort zone, and deeply believe in the power Diversity, Equity and Inclusion have in creating healthier, happier and more successful organisations. My superpower is to turn chaos into order, and to make the complex simple. I am a visionary blue-sky thinker who can become a detail-obsessed perfectionist in those moments when 120% really matter. I am a big fan of structure and process – but only to enable visionary creativity and innovation. In order to calm my busy mind I like to add a bit of adrenaline to the mix, climbing peaks across the alps, on foot in summer or on skis in winter. And if adrenaline is not enough – or too much – I love reading (or binging for that matter) fantasy fiction. I am most likely a Ravenclaw girl, in case you wondered.
