I'm a coachable, fast learning, perceptive, adaptable hard worker looking for a new and challenging role as a Customer Success Manager/Client Success Manager (CSM). I'm also interested in the roles of CS Specialist, Relationship Manager, Implementation Manager, Onboarding Specialist, Account Manager and other client-facing and development roles. My strengths lay in connecting with people by establishing and building rapport through stellar service, becoming a product and industry expert, and being a consistent point of contact for their needs. As a result, my customers never feel they're being "sold to". My experience has provided me with strong, transferable skills in sales and upselling, customer success and service, account management and development, picking up product and industry knowledge quickly, clear communication, collaboration, administrative support, & leadership. I'm looking to draw on and add to these to be an asset to a new company. I'm open to all industries but have a preference for SaaS. Being a fast learner with an affinity for niche industries, lack of knowledge has never been a barrier to me performing well in my roles.
