I also worked on setting up all the marketing analytics and Conversion Rate Optimization(CRO) activities at HighRadius as a part of the Online Marketing team.

Nexus - Personality Development

Nexus is a personality development group.

I first created a core team of 6 people including me and trained them on how to mentor groups.
Then at a time, we recruit 20 people whom we train to take sessions on Personality Development.

Then 4 teams are made with 5 members and a mentor(from the core team). The teams and the coordinators take open weekly sessions on topics related to personality development.(so 5 sessions per round)

Joined Titan Company Ltd. as an E-commerce Intern for Summer 2018.

Current Project: Tracking price of Titan products sold by all official partners across the different online platforms.
Also, helping with tracking unofficial sellers(illegal) on these platforms.

The biggest upside is being able to work with such amazing self-driven people.

Also, the new Titan campus is not a building but an exquisite piece of art. It is definitely the best campus I've seen yet.

One of Spear Growth's Ads clients closed 3 massive $100K+ deals last month.
All from paid search.

When they first came to us, they were already running Google Ads. Getting plenty of MQLs.

But getting them was really tough. Also, the conversion quality wasn't great.

Most agencies would've said: "Let's get you more leads!"
We said: "Let's get you better leads."

From there, the team did two things differently:

1. Tracked everything end-to-end
→ Brought in our own tech to make the setup clean and consistent.
→ Created clear reports inside HubSpot.
→ Implemented offline conversion tracking.

All of this made it possible to optimize for the right metrics, including moving to a Portfolio Bidding Strategy that focused on closed revenue.

2. Optimized the entire funnel
→ Built and tested multiple landing pages.
→ Refined ad copy based on feedback.
→ Set everything up immediately, but kept iterating every month until it all clicked.

And that shift was only possible because the client gave us full visibility into their pipeline and deal values.

In October, we had three $100K+ deals. $336,500 in closed revenue.
