OnePlus

Responsible for establishing the BD function for OnePlus in India, as its second team member. Our team managed partner business leading to a 54% increment in daily run rate over a 6-month period over 2 devices. 

I spearheaded the launch of the 'OnePlus 3' device- responsible for GTM, sales strategy and implementation with online partner (Amazon.in), launch cities and pop-up(Marketing), managing event partners and overall launch strategy.

As one of the earliest hires for OnePlus in India, I set up frameworks for effective community engagement and customer support. Led trainings for teams across Philippines and India. Launched OnePlus's Campus Ambassador Program. Curated the launches for the first ever OnePlus exclusive stores and the first OnePlus Experience Centre- Responsible for site selection, project management, P&L, vendor ops and partner management (Regenersis/B2X). I was briefly engaged in managing and moderating online community forums.

- Launched the ‘KAYAK’ for intra-city transportation to compare across modes of transportation and led GTM, strategy, product (MVP) development and fundraising, with a team of four
- Meta travel aggregator, born out of a vision to enable commuters to select the most viable mode of transportation based on their preference
- Among the first in industry to obtain API’s and revenue sharing agreement from ridesharing leaders in India, South-East Asia & USA and grew Instago to top 40 Indian transport apps for Android & iOS

Uber

As one of the first few members of the Uber India team, I had the opportunity to be at the helm of running Uber in one of its largest markets. Built scalable partnership structures and brokered some of the first F&B partnerships for Uber in the NCR region. Launched Uber's student brand manager program in India across university campuses.
At the time, the team in India was a handful of people and I had to wear many hats - from on-boarding driver partners, managing customer support tickets, to setting up rider and driver support processes. Executed several global-first and India-first marketing campaigns for Uber with limited resources.

- Launched KLAY's first pre-school and day care campus in New Delhi. Responsible for complete operations, hiring, marketing (localised) and sales of the project
- Managed P&L for the run rate business and initial acquisition (grew to 3x within a quarter)
- Short stint in the B2B business- Portfolio of enterprise businesses- acquisition through contractual models and real estate models
- Executed brand activation strategies, online and offline, for campuses across the NCR region
