In my role as a Senior L&D Specialist, I lead strategic projects and drive large-scale Learning and Development initiatives. I refine onboarding processes, collaborate with stakeholders for change management, and ensure team alignment. With a focus on innovation, I design transformative learning programs, leveraging expertise in instructional design and talent development to empower individuals and drive sustainable growth.

-Strategic collaboration with senior leadership to align business objectives with key learning and development initiatives, ensuring organizational goals are effectively met.
-Implemented a Voice of Customer program to gather customer insights, resulting in a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and preferences
-Developed and implemented a comprehensive Manager Onboarding Program, equipping newly hired managers with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively lead their teams, resulting in reduced ramp-up time, increased employee satisfaction, and improved team performance.

Senior Learning and Development Specialist

As a Learning and Development Specialist, I focus on increasing the maturity of our skill development program. In addition to continuous onboarding improvements, I have identified core competencies for each role, and created a course catalog to help colleagues upskill themselves internally. 

I continue my work in DEI by creating educational materials for internal training, helping to formalize the editorial calendar for ongoing DEIB education.

-Collaborated closely with senior leadership to align business objectives with strategic goals and ensure consistent execution.
-Streamlined career progression process by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements, resulting in a reduction in operational costs
-Formalized coaching plans and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for the sales team, resulting in the execution of the first supported coaching series.
-Enhanced manager effectiveness and engagement by successfully executing the first annual Manager Summit.
-Conducted regular process audits to ensure compliance and quality standards were met in content development

Learning And Development Specialist

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, I am working to provide continuous training and development for our revenue organization as an investment into the people who work so hard to keep the business afloat.

-Led cross-functional teams in developing and implementing strategic learning initiatives, resulting in a reduction in sales cycle length.
-Analyzed data to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations to enhance operational enablement processes
-Reduced the time to first sale for Account Executives (AEs) from an average of 60 days to 37 days through efficient onboarding program
-Developed and maintained key performance indicators (KPIs) Kirkpatrick tracking, enabling data-driven decision-making and achieving increased impact of enablement initiatives on key conversion metrics.
-Played a pivotal role in project management, including the successful launch of a new Discovery call deck, which resulted in a 15%  increase in Lead to Opportunity conversion.

Sales Enablement Specialist

Packback

As Packback's first DEI Employee Liaison, I partner with our Director of People to establish and improve our DEI initiatives and continue fostering a welcoming and inclusive company culture at Packback. In my role, I host a monthly Diversity Roundtable that brings together team members from every team at Packback. I also manage a book club with rotating facilitators to continue to improve baseline knowledge of employees at Packback so we can continue our own organic conversations about DEI issues. In order to track our progress, I work closely to establish term and year based OKRs so we can track our growth and make sure we are putting actual resources into our DEI initiatives.

In June 2021, we added two more people to our DEI team internally, allowing me to transition to a Project Lead role and manage the team's logistics, as well as tackle more long-term strategic projects.

DEI Project Lead 

Through alignment with an institutions' strategic goals, I focus on supporting both faculty and administration with the implementation of Packback, whether that be consultation on discussion best practices, assistance with recruitment, or continued faculty development programming. Additionally, a key focus of my work consisted of both tracking institution license usage and partnering with institutions to encourage high adoption of the tool and accelerate contract growth.

Curriculum Consultant

By engaging with professors who use the Packback platform, I aimed to provide the highest level of customer service while also increasing the network of Packback within higher education. In this role, I managed an account of about 55 professors my first term and grew to 85 professors my second term. By consulting professors on best practices and how to integrate their own pedagogy fits, I created lifelong learners within students and lifelong advocates within professors. Not only did this role build skills in sales, customer service, account management, and pedagogical consulting, but I also had the opportunity to contribute to several DEI related initiatives and process improvements during this time as well.

Experience Manager

University of Chicago Housing and Residence Life

I mentor and support 18 incoming and returning resident assistants in the building. I facilitate both large and small group social events to promote community. I provide a direct communication link from current Resident Assistants to upper management in the Housing office.

Senior Resident Assistant

I organize marketing and event planning for large dormitory events for over 100 residents. I provide mentorship and resources to residents and connect residents to various University offices. I facilitate communication among residents and other members of housing staff.

Resident Assistant

Collegiate Scholars Program

I analyzed weaknesses in admissions process and offered solutions to increase applications and yield. I organized 2-day overnight orientation for 50 incoming students and provided logistical support. I challenged current system of office workflow and developed more structured tasks and roles.

2018 Metcalf Intern: Program Development

I curated website for the upcoming academic year with accurate information and six new articles. I interviewed and created several articles featuring students in order to increase interest and outreach. I served as a liason to over fifty counselors and staff in Chicago Public Schools for recruitment. I assisted with the recruitment and admissions process of 50 students to the Class of 2021

Office Assistant

I managed social media presence, including implementing a weekly testimonial from Scholars. I coordinated, implemented, and chaperoned a 6-day college tour for 32 high school students. I advised Chicago Public School students from diverse family backgrounds on college readiness

I provided assistance with logistical tasks, such as video editing and making copies. I contacted members in the database for scheduling appointments. I conducted and assisted with the implementation of psychological experiments

Over the past five years, I have developed extensive experience in sales and account management (including Enterprise), project management, process management, problem-solving, DEI initiatives, and optimization.
